We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This person will educate customers, provide information, and advise about acquiring products or services, following all company/client guidelines in order to honorably maintain a relationship between the company and its clients.

The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer skills.

• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Able to work under pressure.
• Full-Time Schedule availability.
• Must have Cedula or DR Work Permit
