Job Description (profile)

Collections Agents to assist our business with the recovery of outstanding payments from debtors. In this role, your duties will include communicating with customers by phone, chats and emails ,negotiating payment plans with debtors, and enacting payment plans.

Responsibilities:

•Collaborating on debt collection efforts .
•Negotiate payment plans.
•Persuade customers diligently to pay past due amounts.
•Contacting debtors by telephone to enact and negotiate debt recovery.
•Negotiating settlements to receive payment on a certain percentage of the debt.


Requirements:

•English (full bilingual or native)
•Debt Collection experience preferred/not mandatory.
•Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
•Exceptional ability to communicate with debtors to negotiate debt payment plans.
•Exceptional recordkeeping and interpersonal skills.

Horario: Lunes a viernes 9:00 Am a 6:00 Pm, o 10 a 7 /Sábados : 9:00 Am-2:00 Pm a requerimiento
Método de pago: Pago x hora RD$180 (corte 3 dias antes del pago) después de 3 meses $200 la hora
