Customer Service Representative
Purpose:

Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries, follow up on customer issues to ensure the correct solution was implemented Identify and assess customer needs to achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
Management of communication in the ENGLISH language.

Great capacities to maintain telephone contact and for active listening.
