We are a faith-based organization that provides aid to the poor in two ways: (1) by providing cash grants to support development programs; and (2) by shipping food and hygiene products, pharmaceuticals, and other humanitarian aid to people in desperate need. In every case, our method of outreach is the same. Community and church based nongovernmental entities serving the poor in developing countries are provided with financial and material aid to serve the poor in their communities**.**

International Colleague: Are individuals who have been determined by our organization to be qualified to engage in ministry activities in Country and other countries that will further our tax-exempt Christian ministry purposes.This role involves a Stipend Agreement that allows our organization to outline and describe the scope of work by which the International Colleague will meet the expectations of his/her activities.

Educational or Certification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred

Language Requirements: Verbal and Written proficiency in English and Spanish

Characteristics: Flexible, adaptable, results-oriented, highly organized, self-starter, creative, quick learner, positive attitude, proven team player.

Experience in MEAL practices is as plus for this position
