DESIRED ACADEMIC TRAINING
Technology, Engineering and/or Operations.
Advanced knowledge of the electronic payments industry
Advanced knowledge of product and services within the electronic payments industry and how these impact clients’ businesses
Excellent inter-personal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain highly satisfied customer relationships
Worked in professional services such as the consulting industry
Worked in the finance and banking industries
Software: Excel, Power Point, and Word
Serve as a Technological/Functional Account Manager working independently with guidance only in the most complex project situations
Oversee overall technological & operational relationship with clients and support delivery activities coordinating implementation and escalation efforts with other teams in order to ensure all inquiries and operational issues are properly addressed
Support clients in troubleshooting complex web applications, application programing interfaces (APIs) gateways, as well as integration and/or environment issues
Solve complex problems and taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
Assist the Account Support Center, Project Implementation & Sales teams to understand goals and contribute to organizational objectives
Maintain relationship with internal and external clients to understand local market needs, trends, and gain insight on the need to enhance support approach
Stay abreast of new rules, products, services, as well as industry & technology trends
Provide leadership and strategic guidance to ensure all necessary tools, processes, procedures, and staff are in place to successfully support clients
Establishes and fosters relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels of staff and senior management
Coordinate with other teams to expedite the resolution and implementation of solutions to ensure that all products and services operate at the highest level of performance
Make sound business decisions, set direction, and manage both short and long-term goals to achieve high quality operational results and customer commitment
Set priorities and manage clients’ expectations (internal and external)
Build and maintain highly satisfied client relationships
